For the CA Upgraded Device Plan, you will be required to make a $30 prepayment. The plans for the other states are as follows:

OK Tribal + 4GB Data: This plan features unlimited talk and text, plus 4GB data at $0 per month.

OK Tribal + 4.5GB Data: With this plan, you will get unlimited talk and text plus 4.5GB data at $1 per month.

OK Tribal + 5GB Data: Just like the above plans, you will get unlimited talk and text, plus 5GB data. This plan goes for $5 per month.

Kentucky Lifeline Plan: 1000 talk minutes, unlimited text, and 3GB data for $0 per month.

Wisconsin Lifeline Plan: 400 talk minutes, unlimited texts, and 3GB data for $0 per month.

PA, GA, MI, GO, and Non-tribal OK: 350 talk minutes, unlimited text, and 3GB data at $0 per month.

As you can see, there are different plans available for the different states. You just need to choose a plan that aligns best with your budget, needs and preferences. However, it’s important to note that all plans offered outside California come with a $25 activation fee.

So, what happens when you run out of the allocated minutes? Well, you can always choose a refill plan that suits your needs. The 4 additional refill plans for the other states are 100 talk or 300 texts at $4, 250 talk or 750 texts at $8, 400 talk or 1200 text for $11, 1000 talk or 3000 texts for $19. As noted above, you can top up your line directly from your account. All refills are valid for 30 days.

Eligibility

Eligibility is income-based and program-based, meaning you must be currently enrolled in a government assistance program or you are a qualifying low-income earner.
